All of our fitness classes are taught by local fitness enthusiasts. Our goal is to have something for everyone, so, we packed this day to variety in order to ensure that everyone has a good time sweating with us!

Title Time Warm up 

We want to get you warmed up for the day. This warm-up class led by Title Boxing Club, will include body weight movement, small bursts of cardio exertion and a lot of energy. 

Join us, and our DJ, for an all the way amped up bootcamp styled warm-up! We'll get your heart pumping, your blood flowing and your body ready to take on a  day full of fitness! 


BOOTCAMP 

We've got 4 different bootcamp classes for you.

Expect some serious cardio, as well as some strength and conditioning.

Bootcamp with Erika, Total Movement, will be body weight and body movement driven with bursts of cardio exertion. 

Bootcamp with Hard Exercise Works will consist of functional movements, bursts of high intensity intervals and bodyweight movements. 

Tabata with Fitness Hub is a high-intensity, interval-training workout. Some benefits of Tabata training are improved aerobic and anaerobic fitness levels. 

WOD with CrazyTrain Crossfit will be varied functional movements performed at a relatively high intensity. 

Our goal is to make you sweat.

Yoga

There will be 3 different yoga classes. Bring your own mat, find some space and flow with us.

Yoga with Karen, Yoga Palm Beach, is killer, rigorous but still has so much flow. 

Holly, Haute Yoga, and our DJ, are going to take you on a ride with her upbeat and musically driven class. Just think, yoga and dubstep all in one. That's dope. 

Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal toning. This all-in-one workout tones + sculpts the entire body while facilitating complete inner transformation.  


CYCLE

There will be 3 cycle classes

Cycle with Shannon, Fit, Fierce & Fab Fitness, is outrageously insane! Shannon is fierce, will get you motivated, stoked and make you break a serious sweat. This class will include bursts of intensity, intervals and is all done alongside our DJ.

paddle board fitness CLASSES

We have 3 different paddle board classes. 

Matt, Blueline Surf & Paddle Co., will take you through an instructional workshop where you will learn the technique of stand up paddle boarding. You'll also get the chance to do some sprints and laps to feel some burn. 

Paddle Board Yoga with Kim, Blueline Surf & Paddle Co., will be so blissful you won't know what hit you. This class is challenging and relaxing all at once. Take your yoga on the water and watch it blow your mind.

Power Paddle Bootcamp with Erika, Total Bootcamp, is a whole new take on bootcamp. Challenge yourself, your mind and your body with this one! Thins class will include functional movements while balancing on a paddle board. 


For the Kids

There's 2 different classes for children. 

Yoga with Salema is fun, very interactive and mind-engaging. Your child will love it!

Bootcamp with Title Boxing Club will be thoroughly entertaining and energy expending for your child. Let them get their sweat on!

kickboxing

We have one kickboxing class. 

Kickboxing with Anthony, Astyle Fitness, is an experience you won't want to miss. His class is insanely fun and very challenging. Cardio Kickboxing is a total body workout including jabs, kicks and movements using the core. You can burn up to 800 calories in one class.  Your body will feel the burn. 


Barre

Ben, Pure Lines Fitness, will take you through a class that will isolate and burn muscles you didn't know you had. This class is based at a ballet barre and includes ballet technique, functional movements and a lot of shaking.

Rowing

Total Row with Erika, Total Movement, is a interval based class where you will rotate from a rower to the floor. On the floor you will engage in muscle conditioning through functional, bodyweight and weighted movements.
