THE METCON HOUR

Grab a partner and compete in our workout extravaganza that will challenge your fitness capacity!


HOW IT WORKS.

Teams of two, same-sex teams, will compete in four different workouts. Each workout will have a time cap of 10-minutes and a 5-minute rest in between WODs. The workouts will progress in chronological order and each team will need to complete each workout in order to progress to the next workout and complete the competition.


DIVISIONS

JUST FOR FUN

This division is for participants who do not want to compete but would like to get in on all the action and experience a great workout.

The participants in this division can choose whichever weights they’d like to use for each movement. They can also choose to modify movements.

SCALED

This division is for participants that aren’t fitness rookies but need a few modifications.

Cleans: 95/65

Deadlifts: 135/95

Thrusters: 75/55

Kettle Bell Swings: 53/35

Dumbbells Snatches: 40/20

RX

This division is for participants who consider themselves exceptionally fit.

Cleans: 135/95

Deadlifts: 185/135

Thrusters: 95/65

Kettle Bell Swings: 70/53

Dumbbells Snatches: 50/35

MASTERS

This division is for mature and fit participants ages 45+.

Cleans: 135/95

Deadlifts: 185/135

Thrusters: 95/65

Kettle Bell Swings: 70/53

Dumbbells Snatches: 50/35
