OUR FITNESS TEAMS

Our festival consists of specifically designed fitness teams comprised of local experts and coaches to lead each workout for you. We’ve decided to use local fitness coaches, trainers and instructors because our community is filled with highly qualified individuals popular within our community.

Our fitness classes will be running all day
9AM - 4PM

Each class will run for a duration of 60-minutes. There will be a 30-minute transition in between each workout in which a dance break will take place. We highly encourage all attendees to stay active throughout the day and jam with our DJ.

Additionally, all of our instructors and coaches will be available for consultations, as well as, fitness tips and tricks.
