Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training.

12:00PM BANDS + PLYOS

60 MINUTES

Led by Jenna Kornsteadt, Founder of RamFit, you will feel the fire! This class will consist of resistance training, cardio intervals and a whole lot of hard work. Get sculpted and toned! While working with some resistance bands and implementing some plyometric training, you’ll get the ultimate workout.

Slide that band up and get ready to put in some work! Jenn will take you through a series of exercises with the band and get the heart rate bumpin’. How long can you hang before the burn wins?
