GUIDELINES & STANDARDS

We have some prescribed weights for various movements. However, you may choose to do weights and movements that best suit you.

PLEASE NOTE! All movements can be modified!

We will have coaches present to help facilitate the workouts and keep you motivated, however, we will not be judging standards.

We just want you to have a good time and sweat!


PARTNER WORKOUT SERIES

TEAMS OF 2

As a team, you will split reps. One partner will work, while the other partner rests, to complete the following workouts.

The workouts are consecutive and will be completed cohesively, thus, there will be no rest between workouts!

Dumbbell Thrusters

Over the Dumbbell Burpees


PART 2
100 Toes to Bar


PART 3
Karen: 150 Wallball shots


PART 4
10 Rope Climbs or 100 Ring Rows


PART 5
WALK THROUGH VALLEY: Overhead Plate Walking Lunges around the Perimeter of the Amphitheater. While lunging your partner will run a lap around the perimeter. Once your partner makes it back to you, you will switch. Continue this format until you complete an entire lap around the Amphitheater.
